Diagnostic Call Fees * Fees paid for **diagnostic consultation calls** are **non-refundable once the call has been completed**. * If a scheduled call is missed by the user without prior notice, **no refund will be provided**. --- ### 2. Rescheduling Policy * Rescheduling of a diagnostic call may be allowed **once**, subject to availability. * Rescheduling requests must be made **at least 12 hours before** the scheduled call time. * Late rescheduling requests may not be accepted. --- ### 3. Coaching Program Payments * Payments made for any coaching or guidance programs are **non-refundable** once the program has started. * Coaching services are time-based and effort-based; therefore, refunds are not applicable after onboarding. --- ### 4. Payment Failures or Cancellations * If a payment fails or is cancelled during processing, **no amount will be deducted**. * In case of duplicate or excess payments, the amount will be refunded after verification within **7–10 working days**. --- ### 5. Service Cancellation by Us * If a session is cancelled from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered: * a rescheduled session, or * a refund for that specific session --- ### 6. Refund Method * Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the **original payment method** used at the time of payment. * Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank. --- ### 7.
